As a former elite national team wrestler for Canada and a renowned coach, I’ve traveled the world and made a significant impact in the lives of athletes across various disciplines, including wrestling and MMA.

As a professional coach and motivational speaker, I’ve guided countless individuals to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles through my unique and effective approach. I excel at helping people create SMART goals and supporting them with unwavering focus, dedication, and hard work.

My passion for fitness led me to achieve recognition as one of the top 3% General Managers in Canada at Goodlife Fitness for two consecutive years. However, my desire to help others doesn’t stop at the gym. I now apply my unmatched coaching skills to serve clients in the realm of real estate, focusing on residential, multi-unit, investment, and commercial properties.
