As a former elite national team wrestler for Canada and a renowned coach, I’ve traveled the world and made a significant impact in the lives of athletes across various disciplines, including wrestling and MMA.
As a professional coach and motivational speaker, I’ve guided countless individuals to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles through my unique and effective approach. I excel at helping people create SMART goals and supporting them with unwavering focus, dedication, and hard work.
My passion for fitness led me to achieve recognition as one of the top 3% General Managers in Canada at Goodlife Fitness for two consecutive years. However, my desire to help others doesn’t stop at the gym. Growing up in Ontario, I was an elite athlete who had the opportunity to travel across Canada for various sporting events. I moved to New Brunswick as a young adult, and I’ve been fortunate to call this beautiful province home for over five years now. My husband, our two amazing daughters, and I have truly fallen in love with the area.
