Hey there! My name is Sarah. I am a wife and mother of 2 beautiful children. I have recently relocated to beautiful NB from ON where I was a paramedic for 14yrs. It is an honor to give back to my community helping others in their time of need.

Approximately 2 years ago I was introduced to Clint thru a colleague. We had decided to make the move to NB to follow our dreams. We wanted to purchase a farm to homestead on and learn to live off the land.  Clint skillfully helped us navigate the NB real estate market with ease, so when the opportunity presented itself to become a realtor and be able to give back to my community ,  I went for it with no hesitation.

I was born in Fredericton and moved to Oromocto at a young age when my dad joined the military. Although I have lived in other parts of Canada including Alberta and Nova Scotia, I have always found myself returning to York and Sudbury County. In 2023 I purchased a home in Oromocto, where I currently live with my partner and 2 rescue dogs from Texas: Tiller and Ranger.

I grew up skateboarding the streets of Fredericton and Oromocto, waving to all my neighbors and helping them out with various tasks around their yards. I have always loved the small community connection of this area, and so when it was time to start my career, it was a no brainer that this is the place to do it.

My career as a Firefighter at the Fredericton airport began a year and a half ago, and I have been a Volunteer Firefighter with the Town of Oromocto for over 2 years. Real Estate and Investing have always been something I aspired to do. I purchased my first duplex in Fredericton in 2023 and 2 more since then to help provide quality housing to people in this area. Since the purchase of my first duplex and my introduction to the world of Real Estate, it became obvious to me that helping people sell their homes and purchase a place that suits their families is something I am very passionate about.

I saw a need for Realtors who connect with and value their clients and prioritize them and their families over a dollar sign; this is why I obtained my real estate license. My goal has always been to help families navigate the difficulties of the housing market without making them feel pressured or transactional.

I am honored to serve this community that I love so much through Firefighting, providing rental housing and helping people purchase and sell their homes. And I am excited to be part of such a tight knit team with similar values who all devote their time to helping their communities through real estate and in their day to day lives.

Hey, I’m Jon. I graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry. My professional background in forestry equipped me with problem-solving and organizational skills, which were often necessary to navigate the complex and challenging conditions on the job.

With nearly 8 years of experience in the sales industry—including retail, telecommunications, and furniture sales—I have honed my abilities in effective communication, active listening, negotiation, and problem resolution. One thing that is super important to me is making sure that I’m always working in the best interests of my clients. I do this by focusing on their needs first and foremost; then utilizing my experience to provide individualized solutions.
